How to unblock websites? These days, Internet filtering and controlled access is the new trend. More business owners are implementing filters within their companies with the purpose of blocking websites. Their intention is understandable but, on the other side, people love freedom and sometimes they feel mistreated. However, here are some things you can do that will help you bypass filters and unblock websites.

How to Unblock Websites

1. Use web proxies.
Many free online services allow you to access blocked websites through a proxy server. A proxy server is an intermediary between the user and the server where the request was send. Here is a list with the most known resources of web proxies: Proxy.org, HideMyAss.com, Kortaz.com, KProxy.com and Anonymouse.org

2. Use VPN connections.
A VPN (Virtual Private Network) is like a tunnel over the public network. The advantage of using VPNs over web proxies is that VPNs are more secure because they are using advanced encryption and allow you to access all the applications (mail, chat, browser etc) in complete anonymity and not only the web sites. The most known free VPN is Hotspot Shield.
3. Use Hide IP software.

These are easy to use and even if the main functionality is to hide IP address and unblock websites, there are applications that can provide you more than that – like cleaning online tracks, testing proxies, manually adding proxy etc. Usually if you choose a free software, then this will provide you a minimal number of proxies and no other features than hiding IP address. Not My IP is one of the latest free hide IP address software that has already gained a large market followed by the old UltraSurf which is already very popular. Regarding paid applications that provide more features and have a complex structure, my recommendations are IP Privacy and Hide My IP.

4. Use Toolbars and Firefox add-ons.
Toolbars and Firefox add-ons are in fact software applications that work on specific browsers and with a simple click you can enable or disable online anonymity.

5. Use translation services.
Introduce the link of the blocked website in the translation field (for example in Google Translator) and choose a random language to translate from because translation from English to English is not supported.

6. Use Google cache.
In the Google search field type cache: before the URL of the blocked website. For example type cache:http://www.domain.com

7. Use Internet Archive.
Internet Archive allows you to view blocked websites through the Wayback Machine. This will retrieve all pages of a specific website indifferent if the website is blocked.

8. Use Web2Mail service.
Web2Mail it is a free email service that can sent to your email address specific web pages. You sign up for an account and get set to receive specific websites by email.

9. Change the http of an URL into https
This is the easiest way to access blocked websites. Of course, this might not work every time but you have many other solutions also. This is the fastest one.

10. Use IP address of the website instead of URL.
To use the IP address of a website instead of URL, you must first find its IP. To do this open command prompt and type: “ping domain.com”.

ZTE Pakistan Plans to Downsize by 30 Percent

This is tough time for telecom vendors in Pakistan due to recession and lack of network expansion projects by cellular companies in the country.

It is learnt by Propakistani that ZTE Pakistan, who was once market leader during 2003-05 in Pakistan is now planning for downsize by 30% of its overall headcount.

In year 2003-2005 ZTE Pakistan’s overall headcount was close to 1000 employees on their direct payroll. But after 2005, its market share gradually decreased and in 2009 it is now close to 400-500 employees out of which approx 300 employees are on their direct payroll and remaining are on third party contract through M/S HRS.

When we inquired about current situation from a senior official at ZTE, he was of the view that rumors of downsizing are around, recently – however, nothing has been concrete yet. He said that small scaled movements of employee do happen – but one should not expect massive layoffs very soon.

ZTE official confirmed that there are 850 employees at ZTE Pakistan, including direct and outsourced employees.

ZTE Pakistan has already kept the Pakistani stakeholders silent and the affairs are being directly monitored and supervised by Chinese at the Headquarter in Shenzhen. This downsizing will involve both type of employees i.e. on direct payroll (10-15%) and on third party contract (15-20%).

Now due to recession, ZTE Pakistan is in tough period and payments to the subcontractors are being delayed extra-ordinarily due to financial crisis. In the past ZTE’s main customer was PTCL but now its main customer is Zong (CMPak).

What Pakistani people are missing? Why are we so desperate? Pakistan has biggest resources in the world. We have everything in our small country then why we look upon others faces? These are the questions rising in our minds. Answer for this question is very simple and we knew this answer from the very beginning. knowledge and unity in a nation is answer or solution for all the problems. knowledge helps in right thinking and unity gives strength to the implementation of right thinking. For understanding simple laws of nature we have to struggle for knowledge and experience. Quran from Allah tells us these simple rules or laws of nature but we ignore everything and do the wrong things because human want to experience everything by himself. So keep in mind that learn and teach from the beginning till the end and keep unity between yourself. Unity is very important because it gives us protection, help and confidence. Unity means keeping two different direction intact. You can make unity when two person don't like each other and YOU keep them intact like a glu. In this situation don't make such a move which put YOU apart as three.Don't love MONEY because money is not important. Economy can be run with or without money. Money is just a paper saying economy owe me. If economy is down your money is down so put your efforts on economy not for earning paper money. Work hard because it makes economy strong. There are many question about life but no body can answer. Human is the combinatin of soul and body. Soul is the different creature and body is just like animal body which perform his work of nature to be exist in a physical form. Body is just like a computer performs only the given task. So don't let your body to take control on your soul. Soul must control the body.
